McKelvey Homes Displays are Open for Private One-On-One, Virtual Appointments and Open to the Public

At McKelvey Homes, the health and peace of mind of you and our team members is our focus. We are actively following news and reports regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19). The situation is creating a lot of change for families, our team members, realtors, consumers and businesses. We have been working to address these changes in the best way that we can, and we want to highlight the precautionary measures that we have put in place.

Our team members have been instructed to monitor their health and if they are ill, or a family member is ill, not to come to work. We ask the same from our prospects and our realtor community when scheduling an appointment with us.

Our office teams are holding “virtual meetings” whenever possible, and many team members are now working remotely from home.

Our Display Homes are open by appointment from 10am-12pm, but all handshaking, hugs and other physical greetings are being withheld, but we will still offer you a warm smile. From 12pm-5pm we are open to the public. Please wash or use hand sanitizer before entering and note that we allow up to two people per appointment to minimize any spreading of germs. And let’s mutually agree to maintain a comfortable six-foot distance! We also encourage and look forward to virtual appointments via video platforms of your choice such as Zoom, FaceTime, Google Hangouts or Skype.

We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting our Display Homes with special attention to high-contact surfaces such as chairs, doorknobs, desks, counter spaces, samples, etc.

Our Warranty teams are postponing any non-emergency visits to occupied homes until further notice. As we navigate this dynamic situation, we will adjust our customer experience in our Display Homes and our Warranty process. Thank you so much for your patience as we work through this together.
