McKelvey Named 2019 HBA Award Winner

McKelvey Homes was named an award winner of the annual Home Builders Association of St. Louis & Eastern Missouri’s (HBA) Awards Program on Thursday, July 16 at a ceremony at Bogey Hills Country Club in St. Charles, Mo. The awards honor excellence in the home building industry and are divided into three categories: Homes of the Year, Marketing & Advertising and Personal Achievement.

In the category Home of the Year, McKelvey Homes was recognized with the Display Home of the Year, Single Family Detached, Small Builder, 4,000-4,999 sq. ft. –  for Turnberry at Villages at Sandfort Farm award.

In the Category of Marketing and Advertising, McKelvey Homes was recognized with the Best New Floor Plan, Ranch, Under 2,499 sq. ft. – for The Tuscany II.

In the Category of Marketing and Advertising, McKelvey Homes was recognized for the Best Print Ad.

In the category of Marketing and Advertising, McKelvey Homes was recognized for the Best Website.

In the category of Marketing and Advertising, McKelvey Homes was recognized for the Best Social Media Campaign.

In the Category of Personal Achievement, McKelvey Homes Sales Manager, Sandy Wagner, was recognized for New Home Community Sales Manager of the Year.

In the category of Personal Achievement, McKelvey Homes Sales Manager, Clyde Oliver was recognized for Highest Closer in Dollar Volume.

McKelvey Homes Marketing and Sales Director, Gia Linville, was awarded the Hugh L. Pettus award for her contributions to the HBA’s Sales and Marketing Council.
