McKelvey Homes Named 2023 HBA Award Winner

McKelvey Homes was named an award winner of the annual Home Builders Association of St. Louis & Eastern Missouri’s (HBA) Awards Program on Thursday, April 11 at a ceremony at Bogey Hills Country Club in St. Charles, Mo. The awards honor excellence in the home building industry and are divided into three categories: Homes of the Year, Marketing & Advertising and Personal Achievement. 

In the category Homes of the Year, McKelvey Homes was recognized with the awards for Display Home of the Year Detached- Small Builder for The Hamilton Display at Cottleville Trails (1,800-2,099 sq. ft.), for The Turnberry Display at The Preserve (4,000-4,999 sq. ft.), and for The Ventura Display at Waterfront at Wildhorse Village (5,000+ sq. ft.).

In the category Marketing and Advertising, McKelvey Homes was recognized with the award Best Brochure- Builder for the Preserve brochure. 

In the category Personal Achievement, Gia Linville, Director of Sales and Marketing, was recognized for New Home Community Sales Manager of the Year. 

In the category Sales Circle Award, Clyde Oliver, Andy Babor, and Steven Bonfanti were awarded with the Platinum Seven Figure Sales Circle Award, Angela Bernstein was awarded with the Gold Seven Figure Sales Circle Award, and Suzie Spasenoski was awarded with the Bronze Level Seven Figure Sales Circle Award.
